WE HAVE PARTNERED WITH GOODAPI (SPROUT SOCIAL) TO REMOVE OCEAN BOUND PLASTIC WASTE!

At Dja-Wonmuruk (Yes Tea!) we believe businesses have a responsibility to do more than just minimise harm – we must be part of the solution. That’s why we’ve partnered with Sprout Social to take real, verifiable global action.

Stopping plastic from within 50km of an ocean-bound waterway or coastline reduces its likelihood from flowing into the ocean. This in turn helps to protect marine life, microorganisms, and endangered species from plastic pollution. Each step in the plastics life cycle — extraction, transport, manufacture and disposal — emits massive amounts of greenhouse gases, mostly CO2. Ocean Bound plastic is turned into plastic feedstock which enables a circular economy and reduces need for virgin plastic material

Join our restorative efforts and boost your impact by removing 5 ocean bound plastic bottles today. See our impact in action – check out our Climate Commitment and Impact Hub (coming soon!) to explore the projects we’re supporting and the difference we are making.

DJA-WONMURUK ("YES-TEA!") PRESERVES AND SHARES TRADITIONAL BUSH TUCKER KNOWLEDGE THROUGH HIGH - QUALITY, SUSTAINABLY SOURCED & ETHICAL TEAS, HANDCRAFTED IN CENTRAL VICTORIA.

We are a Supply Nation Registered Aboriginal Business and herbal loose leaf tea label handmade with love by proud Djaara descendant Sharlee Dunolly-Lee on Dja Dja Wurrung Country.

SHARLEE DEDICATES THIS BUSINESS TO HONOUR DJA DJA WURRUNG PEOPLE WHO SHARE THEIR UNCEDED COUNTRY AND STORIES WITH PEOPLE FROM MANY OTHER PLACES.

"Tea. It is more than just a drink. For me, it is a way to connect and murrun dhelk ("to live in good health"). Sometimes it's with breakfast, lunch and dinner, for when I'm feeling a little under the weather, or when I'm need of a pick-me-up I strongly consider myself a lifelong learner and like many people, love drinking tea... I can remember enjoying wonmuruk ("tea") with family and friends, being surrounded by the sounds and smells of djandak (Dja Dja Wurrung Country), and since developing a connection for Country and deep relationship with nature since a young age" - Sharlee Dunolly-Lee, Founder.

"I want to be able to preserve the traditional knowledge of bush tucker handed to me by elders in my community, djuwima djandaki ("to show the benefits of our Country and share it with you")".

WE ARE COMMITTED TO PRESERVING TRADITIONAL KNOWLEDGE WHILE SUPPORTING ABORIGINAL, SUSTAINABLE, AND ETHICAL COMMUNITIES.
